Wilkister—My passion for beauty and the desire to succeed in the beauty industry
Amap— If you could speak to your younger self, just starting out, what advice would you give her?
Wilkister—Have a lot of discipline ,work hard ,believe in yourself(Self drive) ,be persistence and passionate with what you are doing
Amap—In 10 years time ,what would you wish you could have done more of today? What's stopping you?
Wilkister—I would love to see Kaybeauty as a brand in high level ,inadequate capital is currently stopping me, have been in the business for three years now
Amap—How do you personally define business success ?Is it money? Freedom? Influence? Creative expression and innovation ?something else?
Wilkister—Success to me is a satisficed client ,constant creative expression and innovation
Amap—What is one thing you find to be true that most people would disagree with?
Wilkister—You dont have to be educated to be successiful
Amap—Was there a time you wanted to quit? and how did you deal with that situation or overcome it?
Wilkister—I have never thought of quitting because I really love what I do
Amap—What tips do you have for other women and young girls who would like to start their own business?
Wilkister—You can start small with little capital that you have and you can eventually build an empire out of it. Do not limit yourself, stay focused, be disciplined and love what your business

Wilkister—A little progress each day ,adds up to big results. Success is no accident. It id hard work, perseverance ,learning ,studying ,sacrifice and most of all, love what you are doing or learning to do
